Aussie Mastercard
The Aussie MasterCard just might be the best card for someone who wants a basic card that won’t break the bank trying to make your monthly payments. Some of the appealing aspects for the Aussie MasterCard are low interest rates, low annual fee, and a reasonable transfer rate when you want to transfer debt. Of all the credit cards that you can apply for, the Aussie should definitely be on your list.
Aussie MasterCard Overview
Choose - 2.99% p.a on balance transfers and purchases for the 1st 6 months OR 3.99% p.a on balance transfers for the 1st 12 months to help get your credit card debts under control.
Reverts to a great low rate on purchases, currently just 12.99% p.a
That is a significantly affordable rate for any responsible cardholder. Add in a $49 annual fee and we’re talking savings.
All purchases with the card are interest free for 55 days and if you need to transfer the balance from another card, the transfer rate is an incredibly low 2.99% on first 6 months or 3.99% on balance transfers for the 1st 12 months. If you need a cash advance, the rate is 19.79% but when you consider how low regular purchases are going to be, it is a more than fair trade-off.
The Aussie MasterCard does not include any rewards programs but with interest rates like these, you really don’t need them. The rates are reward enough.
The Aussie MasterCard does include one perk. All cardholders are automatically enrolled in the eDine program. Members can get discounts with the program when they dine at approved restaurants located all across Australia.
In Summary: The Aussie MasterCard offers up some really nice rates and is one of the best basic credit cards that you can find. With no confusing points to keep track of and no outlandish rates that will cost an arm and a leg, this card belongs in the wallet of every responsible consumer.
